Job Description: Content Producer Manager

This role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines and creative standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to management as required, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital media.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
