Executive IT Leadership Position

Job Overview:

This high-level executive position is responsible for spearheading the organization's Information Technology (IT) initiatives, driving strategic planning and execution to meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure – Project Management:
    • Develop project plans that align with organizational goals while executing tasks on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with other teams to deliver projects that support overall business success.
    • Oversee ongoing projects to ensure schedule and financial alignment.
  • Strategic Data Center Operations:
    • Lead the development of comprehensive data center strategies, ensuring efficient and effective support for IT infrastructure needs.
    • Implement plans for future data center upgrades, expansions, and capacity management.
    • Ensure all data center activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Technology Budget Optimization:
    • Develop and manage annual budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Monitor technology-related expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization.
    • Create detailed financial reports to inform budget planning and decision-making.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the lifecycle of all IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, tracking, maintenance, decommissioning, and disposal.
    • Develop procedures for asset tracking and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Procurement and Cost Efficiency:
    • Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize technology spend and negotiate favorable contracts.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs through effective asset management and disposition strategies.
  • Endpoint Security and Management:
    • Develop an endpoint management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports business operations.
    • Oversee the lifecycle of all endpoint devices, ensuring effective deployment, management, and security.
