Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to lead our finance operations. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing tax compliance, and supporting audits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, with weekly reporting for timely decision-making.
  • Handle monthly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as well as Interstate Sales Deposit (ISD) workings and filing, ensuring accurate ITC reconciliations and vendor follow-ups.
  • Manage Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) workings and return filings to maintain compliance.
  • Support internal, external, and tax audits, and assist in the preparation of Audited Profit & Loss Accounts (AOP).
  • Perform month-end activities, including FAR updates, depreciation computations, prepaid expense accounting, and other related tasks.
  • Participate in Accounts Payable (AP) accounting for limited areas, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Review General Ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records in all aspects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
