Job Title:

Award-winning finance professional sought to drive business growth through strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

This high-impact role is ideal for a results-driven individual with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, optimize financial efficiency, and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and manage monthly financial reports, including customer-level and channel-level P&Ls.
    • Conduct thorough variance analysis and create strategic recommendations for process improvements.
    • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders on key business metrics and financial implications.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Design and implement data dashboards to track key business metrics and operational KPIs.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports for weekly/monthly leadership reviews.
    • Conduct cash flow analysis and working capital projections to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Governance & Financial Controls:
    • Identify areas for cost optimization and implement efficient processes.
    • Support the development and implementation of internal controls and SOPs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance with company-wide goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business finance.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of ERP tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CA preferred but not mandatory (MBA Finance / M.Com / equivalent acceptable).
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, EdTech, or tech-first company is a plus.
