Job Title: Automotive Strength and Durability Engineer

Are you a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for automotive design? Do you enjoy working on complex problems that require innovative solutions? Look no further We are seeking a talented Automotive Strength and Durability Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain CAE models of vehicle components using Hypermesh software, preparing input decks and performing analysis in Nastran & LS-Dyna software.
  • Perform post-processing in Hyperview & LS Pre-Post, interpreting results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to analyze failures and correlate CAE results with physical testing data.
  • Support the generation and evaluation of value enhancement proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong fundamentals in Strength of Materials, Machine design, Fatigue.
  • Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis and experience working in the automotive CAE domain.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive body and sheet metal design.
  • Ability to prepare CAE models, perform analysis, and interpret results.
