Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors APIs, OData services, Integration Center, and Employee Central modules.

This role necessitates strong functional knowledge, high-level technical design skills, and hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and testing across HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct functional and high-level technical design for SuccessFactors interface solutions.">
  • Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to gather integration requirements.">
  • Prepare Integration Design Documents (IDDs), ensuring alignment with project requirements and updates from testing/QA feedback.">
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to support build and validation of interfaces for the One People Project.">
  • Configure core SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation, Time Off, Foundation Data, etc.) to meet business needs.">
  • Define workflows, business rules, and data models within SuccessFactors.">
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate mapping of employee and organizational data.">
  • Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system performance and business alignment.">
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth end-to-end connectivity between SuccessFactors and other systems.">
  • Document and analyze functional requirements and business processes, translating them into scalable SF solutions.">
  • Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices, data governance, and integration standards.">
