  • Analyzing article performance metrics will help you refine your approach and elevate the quality of our content.
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles, including creating compelling headings and subheadings, is necessary.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide writers will be invaluable in this role.
  • A genuine interest in sports, with a desire to cover breaking news, live events, and in-depth analyses, is crucial.

As a Sports Content Editor:

  • You'll be responsible for publishing 20-25 high-quality articles daily.
  • Each article will be thoroughly fact-checked, well-researched, and tailored to meet the needs of our audience.
  • With your deep understanding of our audience, you'll fine-tune content to enhance its impact and relevance even after publication.
  • Collaboration with our skilled team of writers, editors, and content managers will enable us to constantly refine and elevate our published content.
  • As a mentor, you'll inspire and empower writers, helping them grow and evolve as contributors to our team.
  • Timeliness is paramount - staying up-to-date on breaking news will ensure our readers remain informed as events unfold.
  • This role involves working six days a week, aligning with our US audience's schedule.
