Job Description

The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end sourcing projects, focusing on value, speed, compliance, and risk management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop RFPs/RFXs, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory obligations across sourcing cycles.
  • Manage contract remediation including Data Privacy, OCIR, Data Transfer Agreements, and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiate and oversee third-party Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs) and support stakeholders with vendor engagement risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and sourcing best practices to strengthen category management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services.

  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in contractual review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

Background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology is preferred.

  • Regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, OCIR, etc.) is also preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices is beneficial.
