Digital Network Job Description

Job Title: Digital Network

We are seeking a skilled Digital Network professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall network technology management for the business. Responsible for planning and execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles.
  • Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.
Required Skills:

Expertise in Technology | Cisco R and S Network Expert - Level 3 Support, Technology | Cisco ACI Expert - Level 3 Support, Technology | Fortigate SDWAN Expert - Level 3 Support, Technology | Cisco DNAC Expert - Level 3 Support, Technology | Viptella SDWAN Expert - Level 3 Support, Technology | Riverbed SDWAN Administrator - Level 2 Support.

Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree is mandatory.

Certification in Technology | Expert Level Certification - NSE7 / CCIE-Data Center / DNAIE / ENSDWI is desirable.

    • Gather information from vendors, customers, and analysis.
    • Update tickets regularly.
    • Prepare shift handover reports.
    • Execute escalation matrices.
    • Close tickets post user/customer communication.
    • Track tickets for SLA adherence.
  • Value Proposition:
    • Understand existing environments.
    • Propose opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop Get Around solutions with vendors and industry experts.
