Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As an AP Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, analyzing and resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless AP processes
  • Perform month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and journal postings
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other AP-related tasks as required
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a multinational environment
  • High proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP S/4 HANA and OpenText
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
