We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Machine Learning Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), developing and fine-tuning prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization, working on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems, applying a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization, collaborating closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems, and contributing to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development

Create efficient and effective LLM-based solutions that meet business needs.

Prompt Engineering

Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance.

RAG Pipelines

Design and implement RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems to enhance data retrieval and generation capabilities.

ML Techniques

Apply various ML techniques, including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization, to drive business outcomes.

Team Collaboration

Closely collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of ML solutions into production systems.

Experimentation and Evaluation

Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles to drive business growth and innovation.

Languages and Tools:

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar

Position Details:

Type: Full-Time Intern (45-50 hours/week)
