Job Title

We seek an Expert Quality Assurance Specialist to bring new features to life and support our products' move to modern agile and technical practices and architectures.

Job Overview:

As a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in automation and cutting-edge software testing methodologies, you'll join one of our Mobile teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of testing.
  • Work on acceptance criteria and test scenarios with the Product Owner and development team.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and automation capabilities for all test levels and types.
  • Create and optimize test frameworks and integrate them into deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in code review process to ensure critical cases are covered.
  • Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance.
  • Keep the team informed and be a stakeholder in releases and defect tracking.
  • Share best testing and quality practices across the project.
  • Promote a quality-focused mindset within the team.
  • Influence continuous improvement and best testing practices.
  • Be a reference for the QA Center of Practice, promoting their practices and influencing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of software testing theory.
  • Experience developing test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining existing frameworks.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated.
  • Strong experience in different testing practices (from unit to load to endurance to cross-platform).
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, Kibana, Grafana).
  • Knowledge with Bitbucket, K8s, Docker.
  • Knowledge of UI testing, REST protocol, and microservice architecture.
  • Mobile QA Engineering requirements Espresso, XCUITest.
  • Testrail.
  • Bitrise, Jenkins.
  • Charles Proxy.
  • Postman and API testing (e.g., Rest Assured).
  • BrowserStack.
  • Strong experience in Java/Kotlin, Swift, as well as its usage under a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, engaged in Scrum.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, self-responsible, and self-organized way.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English.
