About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our infrastructure strategy at Black Turtle India Pvt Ltd. As an IT Infrastructure Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our complex IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Terminal Operations Systems and Technology platforms
Ensure compliance and license control
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in BU systems and related applications with the Global Shared Service team
Design new solutions or enhancements to improve business processes
Supervise and manage multiple stakeholders
Execute overall business plans for success
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on IT Infra and Software support for shared service centers
Good leadership skills to manage IT support for large user bases (2000+ users from different BUs)
Strong knowledge of networking and expertise in managing multiple stakeholders
Engineering graduate degree and certification in networking is preferred
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience.
