Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Marketing Campaign Lead to spearhead client account growth and success. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing client accounts within an advertising agency. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs. Act as the main point of contact for client communications and project updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Oversight of budget planning to ensure all campaigns are delivered within agreed-upon budgets. Management of client invoicing and timely payments.
- Preparation and delivery of compelling presentations to clients, including campaign proposals, progress reports, and post-campaign analyses.
- Preparation of regular reports on campaign performance, analysis of key metrics, and provision of insights to clients for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Management of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaboration with the creative and strategic teams to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign plans that align with client objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency or similar role.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound thinker with solid strategic skills someone with the ability to decipher end market intelligence, numbers, etc. to derive insights / creative triggers for creative excellence.
- A person who looks beyond just the project management side of things and is able to develop and drive the business and take it further. The person must be apt enough to identify areas of opportunity to drive organic growth for the brand.
- Sound skills in all areas of financials (budget reconciliations, timesheet/man-hours analysis, forecasting, etc.).
- Process-oriented, meticulous with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
