Are you a seasoned project management professional looking for a challenging opportunity to lead corporate and workplace interior fit-out projects?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the region, to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the in-house team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
Requirements:
  • Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate and workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture. Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Exhibit tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.

Work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

This role involves inter-city and travelling to different states as well as deployment on project basis. Job Requirements include excellent communication skills and proficiency in multitasking as we do deploy resources based on requirement.
