Process Associate Job Description

The Process Associate is a critical role that supports our Reporting function, contributing to the success of the business by handling international accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including bookkeeping, banking, sales, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping: Post purchase ledger and sales ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Banking: Post and reconcile bank transactions, close month-end, and generate reports as per set deadlines.
  • Sales: Raise invoices in a timely manner.
  • Payments: Prepare and obtain approval for payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Month-End Activities: Post month-end accruals, prepayments, inter-company, and depreciation journals, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background, demonstrating expertise in financial management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive working relationships.
