Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Compliance Manager to develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and foster a strong safety culture.

This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Develop Health & Safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare training schedules, emergency procedures, and workplace safety protocols to educate employees on their roles in maintaining a safe environment.
  • Monitor all compliances with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to environmental health and safety.
  • Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks, and develop policies to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop health and safety procedures for all areas of the company, including offices, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses.
  • Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics to ensure employee knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor compliance with safety procedures, and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also be proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections, and have a minimum of 60% marks throughout academics.
