Audit Manager-Commercial Job Description

Job Title: Audit Manager - Commercial

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Audit Manager to lead our financial statements audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statements Audit: Conducting comprehensive financial statements audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising a team of accounting and auditing experts, promoting professional development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Research and Analysis: Performing independent research and analysis to ensure accurate and reliable financial statements audit results.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Presentation and Disclosure Impact Analysis: Analyzing presentation and disclosure impact on financial statements audit results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS.
  • Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability: Available to work extended hours during busy season times.
