**Financial Strategist Role**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to join our elite team of professionals. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies for high-net-worth clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement detailed financial strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Analyze complex financial scenarios and create comprehensive strategy papers outlining client objectives, risks, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with senior advisers to refine and present strategy documentation during the advice process.
  • Execute full pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage rollovers, contributions, investment switches, insurance applications, and other advice actions from end to end.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and providers to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing detailed strategy papers and advice narratives.
  • Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN (mandatory) and GoHighLevel (GHL) (preferred).
  • Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and deliver results at a high standard.
