Job Title: Data Engineer - Apache Druid

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead the development and implementation of our Apache Druid cluster. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable and high-performance data processing system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apache Druid in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of real-time analytics, OLAP systems, and columnar storage architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and data modeling for Druid.
  • Experience integrating Druid with Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or Flink data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and JVM tuning best practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Splunk.
  • Exposure to cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.
