About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team at ADSIPL - Maharashtra. As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support DC infrastructure equipment, including racks, servers, networking devices, and hardware components.
  • Follow instructions in a ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution and perform routine operation activities on hardware or spare parts.
  • Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities that require monitoring of the data center infrastructure.
  • Show a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Be involved with site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.
  • Cover 24x7 shift rotation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
