About the Job

This role is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting-edge data centers in the world, supporting DC infrastructure equipment and performing routine operation activities on hardware and spare parts, including rack installation, server break/fix, and rack decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support DC infrastructure equipment, including racks, servers, networking devices, hardware components, cables, and other equipment.
  • Perform routine operation activities on hardware and spare parts, including rack installation, server break/fix, and rack decommissioning.
  • Follow instructions in a ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution.
  • Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities.
  • Show strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving, and contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis.
  • Assist in training less experienced members of the team and participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal discussion.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and external service partners to resolve technical issues and meet service level agreements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and lift equipment up to 20kg.
