Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

This role is a key member of our APAC Marketing team and plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our products by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive product adoption, build brand equity, drive business value, and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing principles and tactics, including market research, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and branding.

We are looking for an experienced product marketer with a strong understanding of human capital management (HCM) domain to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our HCM solutions.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining product positioning, developing messaging and content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, launching and promoting products, analyzing and optimizing product marketing assets, and evangelizing ADP's value proposition with customers, partners, press, and via social media.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management in an enterprise B2B or SaaS environment, with a strong track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth.
