As a Product Owner, you will be a key member of our Agile development team, responsible

for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. Your role will bridge the gap

between business strategy, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring that our products

deliver maximum value to our customers and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate

effectively, make critical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial

to the success of our products.

This role reports to the Head Of Product.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Required Skills:

● 2-4 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile

development environment.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience

working in Agile teams.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

● Proficiency in using backlog management tools and collaboration software.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make

informed decisions.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to influence and

motivate others.

● Experience with user experience principles and design collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with company objectives.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and

market trends.

● Define and prioritize features for the product roadmap based on customer feedback

and business goals.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing,

and customer success.

● Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.

● Champion user experience and advocate for user-centric design principles.

● Analyze product metrics and user behavior data to inform decision-making.

● Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and

external partners.

● Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.

● Gather and synthesize customer feedback to continuously improve the product
