Job Title: Technology Risk Manager, AS

This is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional to manage technology risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • A technical knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end SDLC management.
  • Good familiarity in conducting control effectiveness testing based on specific risk pattern.
  • Experience generating regular compliance reports and presentations.
  • Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and experience in working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of patching lifecycle (especially Java, Oracle, Unix).
  • Knowledge of audit processes and experience supporting them.
  • Experience automating manual tasks or improving data collection/reporting processes.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
About the Role:

The Technology Risk Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all technology risks are identified and mitigated. This includes developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing training to employees on risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control Uplift Remediation: Develop and implement remediation plans to address any control gaps or deficiencies identified during risk assessments.
  • Reporting and Control Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns related to control effectiveness.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Risk Advisory: Provide guidance to application teams on Information Technology controls implementation requirements.
  • Regulatory and Audit Management Support: Provide analysis and supporting evidence where required pertaining to IT Controls to improve quality of audit evidence submission for critical audit response/closure.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive proactive risk culture within the organization by identifying and resolving potential issues in Information Technology and control design.
