Job Title: Receiver

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiver to join our Supply Chain Management Team at our office in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process drop shipment Purchase Orders (POs) in our ERP system.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipping documents and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Buyers, and Vendors to resolve issues related to receiving.
  • Perform receiving tasks, including scanning documents, updating POs, and resolving issues.
  • Provide backup support for the Receiver at our Manufacturing plant in Canada.
  • Adhere to receiving policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, and data entry.
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge/experience in receiving, warehousing, accounting, data entry, or inventory management.
  • At least 1 year of receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good time management skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English language skills.
