Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to spearhead branding initiatives and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across various sectors
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable outcomes
  • Anchoring pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams
  • Convert conversations into live engagements and track competitor moves and industry trends

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in acquiring new logos, strong communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to sell ideas rather than pre-packaged services.

What Success Looks Like:

In the first 90 days, success will be measured by building a target list of 50-100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects. By the end of the first quarter, the person should be consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
