Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all statutory compliance requirements. Your primary focus will be on handling tasks related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PTAX), Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF), Gratuity, and Superannuation.

You will also perform administrative work related to the Shop and Establishment Act, prepare and upload monthly online PF challans, acknowledgments, and Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR). Additionally, you will update employee exit details on the PF portal and provide regular updates on exited employees on the MLWB portal.

  • PF: You will be responsible for managing all PF-related activities, including uploading challans and acknowledgments, and updating employee exit details on the PF portal.
  • ESIC: You will handle all ESIC-related tasks, ensuring that all contributions are made on time and records are up-to-date.
  • PTAX: You will manage all PTAX-related activities, ensuring timely payment of taxes and maintaining accurate records.
  • MLWF: You will be responsible for managing all MLWF-related activities, including providing regular updates on exited employees.
  • Gratuity: You will ensure that all gratuity payments are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Superannuation: You will manage all superannuation-related activities, ensuring that all contributions are made on time and records are up-to-date.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any specialization or equivalent experience

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
