Senior Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to oversee our compliance program and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the mutual fund industry, with a strong understanding of SEBI regulations and their application.
Key responsibilities will include reviewing and updating the compliance manual, coordinating with internal and statutory auditors, and ensuring timely submission of regulatory reports.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing agendas and minutes for board and committee meetings, as well as identifying areas for process improvement.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is required, with additional qualifications such as semi-qualified CS or LLB being advantageous.
Relevant work experience in the mutual fund industry, preferably with an asset management company, is essential.
Prior experience in anti-money laundering procedures would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
