Power Platform Governance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform governance lead to oversee the lifecycle management of our Microsoft 365 platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization. They will be responsible for leading governance and lifecycle management for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform environments.
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Strong hands-on skills in:

  • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing

Experience with:

  • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • SharePoint administration & permissions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with: ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
