Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our employee health and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess benefits offerings, plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to enhance benefits, employee engagement, and control costs.
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.
  • Cross-sell products and services to current clients.
  • Participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients as part of a broader sales team.
  • Collaborate with other teams for client RFPs, plan renewals, and implementation processes.
  • Coordinate project plans, presentations, and benefit strategies for clients.
  • Benchmark survey data, summarize, and validate reviewed information.
  • Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted benefits advisor.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics.
  • Understand negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for employee health and benefits.
  • Develop new value propositions, products, tools, and approaches.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills (elected leader in community, school & college).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the insurance industry.
  • Post Graduate / Actuarial; Experience in Health Insurance preferred.
