About Our Content Manager Role

At our organization, we seek a detail-oriented and experienced content manager to oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and quality control of content across multiple global websites. This key role is responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand's tone and guidelines.

This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless and accessible user experience across various markets while maintaining content accuracy and consistency.

  • Edit, publish, and maintain content on multiple global websites.
  • Develop and update pages using Storyblok CMS.
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Regularly conduct content audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high editorial standards across web content.
  • Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure content integrity.
  • Enforce accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
  • Structure and present content to enhance overall user experience.
  • Support UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the web team to plan and execute prioritized activities.
Expertise You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in content management for global or multi-market websites.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors.
  • Experience working in multilingual content environments.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
