Our Public Sector vertical focuses on being approved as a supplier through USA Federal and State contracts, with at least three additional contract vehicles per year.

We strive to enhance corporate knowledge of our Public Sector clients' functional needs and operating environment and offer services that maximize their investment.

Our organization has a need for a Proposal Content Developer who can produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition.

The successful candidate will be experienced in participating in review meetings, final document review, content sign off, and document production.

They must have an ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead responses to Public Sector clients at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze RFPs/RFRs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content.
  • Interact with subject matter experts and assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.
  • Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines.
  • Gain adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirm high-quality proposal submissions.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of proposal writing, strong time management/prioritization skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
