Personalization Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing personalized experiences across digital platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM).
  • Integration of Adobe Target with Martech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.

About the Role:

The Personalization Specialist will be responsible for creating tailored user experiences and managing A/B testing campaigns. This requires strong technical expertise in Adobe Target, web development, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
