We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and research to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Translating complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven personas and journey maps.
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces.
Fintech Product Design
  • Designing and building the user experience and interface for our core Fintech product.
  • Driving the creation of intuitive and user-friendly products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Webflow Development & Management
  • Designing, building, managing, and optimizing our company websites using Webflow.
  • Architecting and implementing complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Managing and structuring Webflow's CMS for various content types.
  • Implementing custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrating third-party tools and services as needed.
  • Conducting regular site audits for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
