System Support Role

The purpose of this position is to provide system support and configuration services for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer daily system assistance to users via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate with them to resolve the problems, as well as software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform various system administration duties, such as updating website content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to workflow tools.
  • Develop and execute test cases to confirm configurations function as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Assist in creating charts, graphs, and other reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Support the development of training materials.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A team player passionate about their work and helping others succeed.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and identifying root causes.
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
