Gen AI Developer Role

Welcome to the position of Gen AI Developer

  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize existing chat infrastructure.
  • You will be responsible for implementing core components such as chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases.
  • Your expertise in AI chat systems will be crucial in improving session management, context injection, and system performance.
  • Additionally, you will design and manage robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity.
  • In this role, you will also work on enhancing strategies for selecting and injecting relevant historical context into AI model prompts to improve response quality.
  • Furthermore, you will focus on optimizing system performance to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of chat interactions and related computations.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python and General AI technologies. Experience in coaching others is a plus.
