We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge voice AI systems and intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Hands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
