Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounting, control, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and implement effective internal controls.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze business trends.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of financial systems and processes.
