We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in cloud computing and experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support and possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include translating application requirements into cloud architecture, deploying and managing scalable and fault-tolerant architectures, and selecting the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements.

Candidates must have expertise in public cloud infrastructure management, networking concepts, and writing infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, or Terraform.

Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef is also essential.

Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes.

This role requires strong notions of security best practices, including IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.

A containerized environment (EKS/AKS/GKE) and knowledge of Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and Compute Engine are required.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule and must have extensive experience with operating systems such as Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows.
