  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our high school event activities in South Delhi.

As an intern, you will play a key role in bringing Career Launcher's engagements to life, engaging directly with high school students, and driving participation. You will report to the Center Director and support various onsite tasks while representing our brand with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Event Execution: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to facilitate activities at high school events
  2. Student Engagement: Proactively bring students to the CL desk, encourage them to interact, and introduce them to CL offerings
  3. Social Media Contests: Explain and encourage participation in CL social media contests, driving student involvement and brand visibility
  4. Event Setup and Wrap-Up: Assist with event setup, organizing materials, and helping pack up after the event, contributing to a smooth and efficient experience

Requirements:

  • Location-Specific Availability: Must be based or willing to work in South Delhi and available for day-long events at local high schools
  • Current Student: Enrolled in college or high school, preferably with an interest in marketing, event management, or a related field
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and engaging with high school students
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks, coordinating with the Brand Manager, and distributing materials efficiently
  • Social Media Awareness: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and enthusiasm for promoting CL contests
  • Dependable & Punctual: A strong sense of responsibility, arriving on time, and upholding CL brand values throughout the events
  • Proficient in cold calling: Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads from events conducted and other sources and referrals
