Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our tender process. As a key team member, you will be responsible for actively monitoring tender opportunities and ensuring deadlines and progress are met.

Your tasks will include writing tender texts, building a text library, and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. Additionally, you will oversee the progress of tender projects and ensure appropriate follow-up on submitted tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and application of tenders (private and government corporations)
  • Reviewing and supervising compilation of materials required for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Ability to understand financial statements
  • Financial reporting and analysis including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience in tender processing (government, semi-government, corporations, private)
  • Knowledge and experience in tender business
  • Experience using portals such as GeM and mahatender
  • Well-versed in financial tools and technology
  • Proficiency in MS-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and English communication (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines
