Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

The ideal candidate should have a customer-centered approach with adaptability to various customer personalities, teamwork skills for working with team members and other departments, digital literacy, willingness to achieve goals and pursue self-improvement, capability to perform effectively under pressure, and ability to work North American working hours.
