Property Tax Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Tax Compliance Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Development and Training: Oversee the development of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Project Management: Manage a variety of property tax compliance tasks, including task completion, efficiency-based initiatives, and technical support.
  • SALT Initiatives: Assist in identifying and implementing efficiency-based SALT initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Communication: Stay up-to-date with current developments affecting property tax compliance services, identify significant impacts, and communicate accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field;
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive property tax compliance experience in a Big 4 or large SALT specialty firm;
  • Experience with various property tax technology platforms, including PTMS and CCH Axcess;
  • Proven competence with MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Alteryx experience is a plus;
  • Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
