Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires a high degree of expertise in testing and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Take ownership of all QA-related aspects of project delivery.
  • Perform manual testing of software products, including functional, integration, performance, sanity, and regression tests.
  • Write test scripts, prepare test data, configure the system, and run test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful completion of tests.
  • Document and track test progress in a collaborative tracking system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-6 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with at least one of the following databases: MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
  • Technical expertise, with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, including log analysis.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) is an advantage.
