  • Inbound marketing efforts will focus on driving qualified leads through content marketing, SEO, and email nurture campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analytics and optimization are crucial in monitoring key metrics, performing A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.
  • Funnel management involves building and refining marketing funnels for different stages of the customer journey to streamline sales processes.
  • SEO and content strategy requires developing a content calendar and working with content creators to publish high-quality, search-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and resources.
  • Marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Mailchimp will be used to nurture leads and automate workflows.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance/growth/inbound marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads is required.
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar is essential.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills are required.
  • Ability to hustle, experiment, and pivot quickly based on data is vital.
  • Knowledge of landing page builders (Webflow, Unbounce, etc) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize) is beneficial.
