Marketing Professional Job Opportunity

Dil Brands is a company that creates and operates virtual brands focused on fulfilling daily meal requirements in India. Through its virtual brands, Dil Brands helps small and medium-sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to support the marketing efforts of our food brand. The ideal candidate will help drive all planning, project management, and execution for campaigns being built by the marketing team to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution efficiency and a 'will-get-it-done' attitude
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote food products across various platforms.
  • Assist on photo shoot video shoots as needed for campaigns.
  • Work closely with city business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Agency identification and vendor management to ensure seamless execution of planned marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to boost product reach.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Build strong understanding of brand and maintain brand consistency across all touch points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL).
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work long hours as expected in a startup ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators.
  • Experience working with food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods, etc.).
