Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Field Crop Production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural production, with a focus on sustainable farming practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement farm extension services to promote environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Source high-quality agricultural commodities that meet company requirements.
  • Expand the area under contract farming and increase farmer membership as per targets.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute a state-wise business strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Review team performance and take corrective actions to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in agricultural production, preferably in sustainable farming.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English language.
