Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Additionally, they will manage a large pool of adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty or programme directors guidance.
  • Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinate guest faculty, ensuring programme quality with senior faculty collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure courses reflect current practices, technologies, and skills.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with computer science and related fields, emerging technologies, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development areas.
  • Experience delivering complex technology projects.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years minimum industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging and motivating people in an online setting.
