Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

**Job Description:**

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Machine Shop line equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance for Fanuc Robo drill, Fine boring, Rotary milling, Micromatic Grinding, Nagel honing and Gantry system, Fanuc robots, Induction hardening, and SPM machines. You will work closely with the Section Head - Maintenance to identify areas for improvement and develop effective maintenance schedules to achieve set targets in a cost-effective manner.

Your daily tasks will include planning and execution of maintenance activities, attending to breakdowns, performing fault diagnosis, corrections, and logic modifications, implementing new modifications and low-cost automation projects, optimizing repair and maintenance costs through Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives, and preparing maintenance reports and MIS.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, restoration, and modification of machine shop equipment, knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, spare parts planning, CBM, TBR, and PM activities, good communication skills, and strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* B.E., B.Tech - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics with 6-8 years of experience or Diploma - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics with 13-14 years of experience with relevant experience in machine shop line with Fanuc CNC machines, Robots, Mitsubishi PLC, HMI, VFD

* Hands-on experience in trouble shooting, restoration, and modification of machine shop equipment

* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, spare parts planning, CBM, TBR, and PM activities

* Good communication skills and strong supervisory and leadership abilities

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate

* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
